Do you work with beginners or only professional fighters?

We coach athletes of all levels—from beginners learning fundamentals to hobbyists and professional fighters preparing for competition.

What combat sports do you specialise in?

Our programmes are designed for MMA, boxing, Muay Thai, BJJ, wrestling, and kickboxing, with sport-specific conditioning tailored to your needs.

How is an online S&C programme personalised to me?

We assess your training schedule, injury history, equipment access, experience level, and goals before building a customised programme that fits around your fight training.

Can I join if I'm injured?

In most cases, yes. We have a fully qualified physiotherapist as part of our team. He and your S&C coach will devise a rehab plan to get you back training hard as soon as possible. We get many athletes that join us for rehab.

How do you balance strength training with my fight training schedule?

We plan your training around sparring, drilling, and competition dates to avoid overtraining and improve performance without compromising recovery. We will also educate you on the correct recovery practices.

Do I need access to a full gym?

No. We can design programmes for home gyms, limited equipment, or full facilities.

How do we track my progress?

We use training logs, video feedback, performance testing, and regular check-ins to monitor strength, conditioning, speed, and transfer to the mats.

How quickly will I see results?

We often get people saying they feel more powerful after a few weeks of our programming. Strength improves weekly. Your gas tank will be improved by week 3.
